The 306 Wing (Maple Leaf) Pipes & Drums, has been “my” band since it’s creation in 1992. Originally we were once known as the 401 Sqn Pipes & Drums before its disbandment. Thanks to Kirk Johnston (my Pipe Major), Montreal has enjoyed the stirrings sounds of our pipe band. As a band, we can be seen in the streets of Montreal during Remembrance Ceremonies, St Patrick’s Day parade, Campbell Concerts, 1st and 4th of July Parades and many more events throughout the year. Thinking back on it, we have done quite a lot in our community since 1992. We are proud to be one of Montreal’s Pipe Bands and look forward to playing in your community soon!
